FCA: Fellowships and conference support for APIGA 2023

The 2023 Asia Pacific Internet Governance Academy (APIGA 2023) event was held in Seoul, South Korea from 24 to 28 July 2023.
The event welcomed 42 participants to build skills and participate in hands-on learning on topics related to Internet governance and policy.
This funding was for to support four to five participants to attend APIGA 2023, along with an English-speaking MC.
